Capital City Marathon is Going Green
The shirts are made from
recycled materials.
To reduce waste, we are
providing each runner with a Capital City Marathon water bottle -- a
recycled product -- that will be filled at the finish line and is yours to
keep. This will replace those water bottles that get thrown away, many
times with little water used.
In addition, you will
receive a sports bag with your race shirt. This great backpack style bag can be used to haul running gear
anywhere you go. No more plastic bags!
We encourage online registrations, but
for runners who prefer to mail-in their registration, we have downsized our
registration form which uses less paper and reduces mailing costs.
